and terms of use

All material created on this website and in the Navis system belongs to MB VIVIDO. Copying, reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, modifying and in any other way using it without separate written permission from MB VIVIDO is prohibited.

1. What is protected

• Website content: texts, headings, descriptions, translations, photographs, illustrations, animations, videos and screenshots.
• Design: website and system layouts, interface design, icon sets, the colour and typography system, motion and transition solutions.
• Marks: the name Navis, the logo, the symbol, product names (Navis Shop, Navis MIS, Navis ERP) and the related visual identity.
• Software: Navis modules, source and executable code, application architecture, data structures and database schemas, APIs, integration connectors and scripts.
• Automations and logic: process rules, scenarios, calculation and scoring methodologies, artificial intelligence prompts and instructions.
• Templates and documents: templates for documents, contracts, emails, reports and printed forms, documentation, user guides and training materials.
• Datasets: datasets compiled, processed and linked using MB VIVIDO's methodology, and their structure.
• Know-how and commercial information: working methods, processes, pricing, offers and other commercial information treated as a trade secret.

2. What protects it

• The Law on Copyright and Related Rights of the Republic of Lithuania. It protects texts, images, design, software (as a literary work) and databases, both as works and as a collection created through investment (the sui generis right).
• The Berne Convention and other international agreements provide the same protection outside Lithuania.
• The Law on Trademarks of the Republic of Lithuania and European Union trademark law. MB VIVIDO reserves all rights to the Navis mark, including its registration.
• The Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and Directive (EU) 2016/943 on trade secrets protect know-how, processes and commercial information from unlawful acquisition, disclosure and use.
• The Law on Competition of the Republic of Lithuania prohibits unfair competition, including misleading use of another's work, marks and names.
• The Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania provides liability for infringement of copyright, related rights and other intellectual property rights.
• Contracts. Use of Navis is governed by licence and service agreements and confidentiality obligations.

3. What is prohibited without written permission

• Copying, reproducing, duplicating or republishing the website content, design or parts of it.
• Using the Navis name, logo or a similar mark in your own or another person's business.
• Creating derivative works or similar products from this content, design or system.
• Decompiling or reverse engineering the software, circumventing protection measures or trying to obtain the source code.
• Automatically collecting content or data (scraping, bots, crawlers), using it to train artificial intelligence models or to compile datasets.
• Reselling, renting, sublicensing or otherwise giving third parties access to Navis.
• Removing or changing copyright notices, marks and other notices.

4. What is permitted

• Viewing the website for your own purposes and discussing it with colleagues.
• Briefly quoting the text with a clear link to navis.lt (as far as the law allows).

5. Third-party software

Navis relies on open-source and third-party software (for example, Odoo Community). It is used under its own licences, and this notice does not restrict those licences. MB VIVIDO reserves rights only to the Navis additions, modules, design, content and other original material created by it.

6. Permission and infringements

Send requests for permission to use the material by email to info@navis.lt. Permission is valid only if granted in writing. If an infringement is detected, MB VIVIDO reserves the right to demand that the actions stop, that the material be removed, that damages be paid, and to apply to the court and other competent authorities.
