About Navis

What is Navis?

Navis is one system for your business: an online store (Navis Shop), day-to-day management (Navis MIS) and accounting with people management (Navis ERP). All parts work with the same data, so an order flows on its own to the shipment, the invoice and the books, with no retyping.

Do I have to use all three parts?

No. You can start with one part or one module and add the others later. The parts connect without any data migration.

What is the difference between Shop, MIS and ERP?

Shop is the store your customers see. MIS is your daily internal work: orders, shipments, customers, emails. ERP is accounting, payroll, documents and the employee portal.

Who is Navis for?

Companies that sell online and want the store, shipping, customer information and accounting to stop being separate systems. If your processes are different, we adapt them individually.

Who is behind Navis?

Navis is built and supported by MB VIVIDO, Kaunas. The system is built on Odoo and extended with our own modules, design and automations.

Is the interface available in Lithuanian?

Yes. The interface and documents are adapted to the Lithuanian language and Lithuanian requirements. The online store works in Lithuanian and English.

Can it be used on a phone?

Yes. The store is mobile-friendly, and the employee portal lets people submit requests and see timesheets from a phone.

Online store (Navis Shop)

Which payment methods are supported?

Customers pay through Montonio at checkout, and Paysera, Stripe and bank links can be used too. Once paid, the order lands in MIS automatically.

Which delivery methods are available?

Parcel lockers and courier delivery through Omniva, LP Express, Smartposti, DPD and Venipak. You set the delivery prices and conditions.

Are there discounts and coupons?

Yes. You can create promotions, discount coupons and free-delivery thresholds.

Can I sell to companies (B2B)?

Yes. Companies submit an application, and approved customers can get their own price list.

Do customers have accounts?

Yes. Customers can sign in with Google or Facebook and see their orders.

What happens if a customer abandons a cart?

The system sends one reminder email with the items left behind.

Does it work with Meta advertising?

Yes. You can connect the Meta pixel and a product catalog for ads.

Management (Navis MIS)

What can I do in MIS?

See and manage orders, create shipments, print labels, track parcels, work with customers, contacts and enquiries, prepare commercial offers, and send emails and newsletters.

How do shipments work?

The system creates a shipment with your chosen courier, prepares a label to print and tracks the shipment status. You pack it and hand it to the courier.

What do the red badges show?

Only what needs your action: new orders, shipments without a label or with errors, unread emails. Once you act, the badge disappears.

Is there a mailbox?

Yes. In MIS you can read and send emails from several mailboxes and mark them as read or important.

What is the AI assistant?

It is a chat window on your website that answers visitors' questions and, when needed, passes the enquiry to your team together with the whole conversation.

Can employees have different permissions?

Yes. Users get permissions per section, and actions are recorded in a log.

Accounting and people (Navis ERP)

What does accounting cover?

Invoices, purchases, the bank and reports. Data flows from the order to the invoice on its own.

Can I calculate salaries?

Yes. There is a payroll and timesheet module that can fill the payroll sheet from timesheets and attachments.

What is the employee portal?

A separate place for employees: requests, leave, timesheet and notifications. Employees do not need to log in to the ERP itself.

How do documents and templates work?

There is a library of document templates (requests, orders, contracts, acts) and a creation wizard that fills the fields from system data. You can manage contracts, certificates and permits in one place.

Is the ERP based on Odoo?

Yes. Navis ERP is based on Odoo and extended with our Lithuanian modules, design and automations.

Open data on counterparties

How does the contact card fill itself in?

When you enter a company code, Navis pulls publicly available information and fills in the contact card. There is no need to search registers or enter data by hand.

What information appears on the card?

Company details (name, legal form and status, registration date, address), contacts (phone, email, website, social networks), activity (EVRK classification up to five levels), people and Sodra, finances, transport, risk and potential.

What financial information can I see?

Turnover, sales revenue, profit, equity, liabilities and assets, as well as credit risk and the share of late payments.

Do I pay extra for the data?

No. We rely on open government datasets, so you do not need to buy data separately.

Is the data updated?

Yes, automatically. Please note that open data is refreshed on the publication schedule of its sources, so always verify decisions on large deals against the latest documents.

Services and implementation

Do you implement Odoo?

Yes. We adapt Odoo to your company: processes, permissions, documents, Lithuanian interface, and we train your team. We start with the most important module and add others as needed.

What do Odoo integrations mean?

We connect Odoo with courier services, banks and payments, accounting software, online stores and supplier catalogs, so data does not have to be moved by hand.

Which processes can be automated?

For example: a paid order creates a shipment and a label, a new enquiry is assigned to the person responsible, an abandoned cart gets a reminder, low stock prepares a purchase order, and timesheets are filled in at month end.

Do you build custom applications?

Yes. We build web applications, APIs, modules for existing systems and solutions with artificial intelligence.

Can you take over an application that is already running?

Yes. We fix errors, clean up the code and extend functionality, even if the original developer is no longer available.

How long does implementation take?

It depends on the scope, the number of modules and your data. After a short conversation we estimate it and offer a clear plan.

Pricing, demo and contract

How much does Navis cost?

The price depends on the chosen modules and scope. After a short conversation we prepare an offer tailored to your processes.

Can I try it before buying?

Yes. The demo environment opens at demo.navis.lt, and we can show it live if you prefer. Demo data is reset to its initial state every night.

Will there be a module store?

Yes, we are preparing a store where you will be able to choose and buy modules.

How can I get in touch?

Write to info@navis.lt, call +370 633 06363, message us on WhatsApp or ask our assistant Navi. We reply on working days, Mon–Fri 8:00–18:00.

Security and data

Is my data separated from other customers?

Yes. Each company works in its own separate environment with its own database.

Which environments are used?

Test, demo and live environments are kept separate. Changes are tested first and only then moved to live.

Who can see my data?

Only users you assign, according to the permissions you give them. Actions are recorded in a log. We discuss detailed security and data protection questions individually.

Still have questions?

We will reply on working days.
